Processing Time All items at Farmhouse Fancy Bama are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages Farmhouse Fancy Bama is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or packages marked as delivered but not received. If your package appears lost, please contact us at [your email address] and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged in Transit If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you on a replacement or refund.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
